Share Worthy

I came across this today...I thought it was pretty interesting, to say the least. Even though the chart doesn't specify a certain pace for some of the activities...the overall concept is just crazy. Like are eating these foods or letting yourself "cheat" really worth it? Yikes!

*Side note: I'm not really sure how credible Women's Health is*
